As promised, I have put together a 30 minute fun full body treadmill workout. 30 minutes filled with 1 minute increments of shoulder exercises and speed. Your focus will be on completing each minute and before you know it, the workout will be done.
I don't have a video for you to follow during your workout. I wrote it down for you. But, just in case you need a visual, I created a VERY simple video to show you exactly what the workout entails.
